I guess her career was ruined a few years back. She was one of the only comedians that I understood and I really got her humor.

I've always loved her-- too bad her career had to come to such an abrupt end. Did you ever see her live stand-up show on HBO? If so, you'll remember her talking to the audience member who said that her mother had been "impaled on a lube rack". I don't remember anything else about that conversation, just that her responses had me laughing so hard I almost peed my pants! She was a comic genious! Hopefully she can revive her career-- maybe we'll see her on "Dancing with the Stars" soon- that's where all of the B-list turn up eventually lately!

I don't know, The charge was a sex offence against a child wasn't it? I don't know if it was true or not but that's a pretty deadly sin to recover from.

"My Mom said she learned how to swim when someone took
her out in the lake and threw her off the boat. I said,
'Mom, they weren't trying to teach you how to swim.'"
The closer to that was "Yeah, and when they shot at you, they were teaching you to dodge bullets."
